HOW IT WORKS: Punching machines punch 4 to 1 small holes in the paper. The paper is laid over a female strip and a male strip is inserted through the paper and receptor strip. On the hot knife machines the excess strip is cut off and the book is sealed. Other strips just fold over and are less secure.

PRODUCTION SPEED: Depending on the document thickness and the equipment type, you can bind up to 250 small documents per hour.
