The BindRite Dealer Association and its individual members shall apply the highest standards of conduct in relationships, representations and transactions, between members, customers, vendors, and employees, and will comply with the letter and spirit of the laws of our national, state, and local governments, and the rules, guidelines and bylaws of the BindRite Dealer Association.
Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics requires our Association and its Members to apply these high standards to its business and public conduct and agree to:
1. Present to our markets and customers, truthful, reliable and responsible practices and standards, conveying the highest level of professionalism and business ethics.
2. Accept full responsibility with customers, for sold products.
3. Faithfully represent the Manufacturers’ specifications, capabilities and capacity of products represented.
4. Refrain from representing products that exceed the member dealer’s ability to effectively support and service.
5. Faithfully apply the Manufacturers’ Warranty of the products sold.
6. Service products in accordance with the Manufacturers’ specifications and standards.
7. Refrain from efforts to market, sell or service products in geographic areas that exceed the dealer’s capacity or capability, or outside the boundaries of agreed upon restrictions or contracts.
8. Resolve any disputes with customers, members and vendors, quickly and fairly
9. Refrain from disparaging remarks or misrepresentations
regarding competitors and their products.
10. Treat employees with dignity and fairness.
