With the James Burn BB520P Speedbind machine, you can automatically punch and bind wire-o documents, including calendars, with the several 3:1 pitch size wires from 1/4″ to 7/16″. This industrial binding machine was manufactured specifically for wall-hanging calendar applications, and works seamlessly with our wire calendar hangers. It can produce perfect skip binding with 1 skip per book, which is 3 loops long…perfect for use with calendar hangers. This all-inclusive wire binding punch will punch through up to 5mm thick at a time, depending on the paper type and format*, and sheets up to 20 ½” x 31 ½” in sizes. With just one operator required, the BB520P will create perfectly punched and bound wire calendars at speeds up to an astounding 3,000 per hour – hence the name “Speedbind”.
As the largest machine of the Speedbind line of bindery machinery, the BB520P is sure to impress your entire staff, and offer the fastest speeds and the easiest operation possible. It has a user-friendly control panel, as well as easy access to the closing tools and punching die from the front of the machine. It is perfect for large runs of calendar making, and can even be used with the punching module or hanger/feeder deactivated so more versatile opportunities. An optional nail hole punching module can be added to this unit to produce wall hangers with suspension holes.
