The RENZ DTP 340 A is a powerful semi-automatic tabletop punching machine designed for professional print finishing. It precisely punches paper in preparation for wire comb, plastic comb, coil or calendar binding – ideal for copy shops, commercial printers and bookbinders. With a wide range of optional punching dies, a variety of hole patterns and pitches can be achieved. The proven QSA technology enables individual punch pins to be deactivated directly on the tool – allowing fast format changes and custom sizes without removing the die. The machine supports a punching width of up to 340 mm. Ease of use is key: An electronic control panel allows quick paper size setup. Punching is triggered automatically via an optical sensor, with the option to switch to manual mode if needed. Once punched, sheets are automatically transported into the side-mounted stacking tray – ready for immediate binding. With a punching speed of up to 36,000 sheets per hour, the DTP 340 A is one of the fastest machines in its class – delivering top performance, flexibility and reliable results in everyday production.
